Here is a 1741 French Colonies 1 Sou Marque in XF condition. The obverse features a crowned L with 3 fleurs-de-lis. The reverse features a crowned floral double L monogram, with the date above. This is in the World Coins book as KM #500.1. The Sou Marque and Half Sou Marque were struck at almost every French mint, with Paris being the most common. The Sou Marque denomination is also referred to as 24 Deniers or 2 Sols.
