1922-S $20 MS65 PCGS

This 1909/8 $20 Saint Gaudens is a splendid example of the only overdate in the Saint Gaudens series and has graded Gem MS65 by PCGS and has been PQ Approved. The 1909/8 Saint Gaudens is extremely collectible, as the only overdate variety, and can be difficult to find. Current PCGS population shows ONLY 17 graded MS65 and ONLY 9 graded higher all at MS65+ and MS66. The surfaces of this Gold Double Eagle are a beautiful light honey-golden hue and shine with bright original mint luster. The devices are bold and the details are very well defined. This Saint has wonderful eye-appeal and is certainly worthy of any high-end collection or registry set.
