It is near finest known, with ONLY 4 graded higher, and ONLY 21 graded MS66 by PCGS. This Silver Morgan has outstanding visual appeal: the fields are satiny smooth, the devices are crisp, the high point details are sharply defined, and the surfaces glimmer with a beautiful luster. The cartwheel is full and vibrant, dancing across the surfaces with fervor. The surfaces are freckled with subtle toning; peach toning on the obverse and muted green/blues on the reverse.
