Description
This year our hometown of Concord, Massachusetts is celebrating the 250th anniversary of the start of the American revolution. We are home to the famous “Shot heard round the world.” To honor this event, Northeast has commissioned Daniel Carr of Moonlight Mint to overstrike 1925 Lexington-Concord Commemorative coins with a modified design. The year 1925 has been changed to 2025, and Sesquicentennial has been changed to Semiquincentennial. The mintage has been limited to 250 coins. Quantity available. Comes with a First Day of Issue Ceremony (FDC) first day cover from April 19, 1975. These will show signs of wear.
