1805 C-3 R-4 PCGS VF 20 Sm 5, Stems Draped Bust Half Cent Coin 1/2c

PCGS authenticated and graded VF 20. Glossy light olive and steel. There is a dull dent or depression at the upper end of the hair ribbon and a tiny planchet chip in the field before the upper lip. MDS, Manley state 2.0, with obvious swelling in the field before the portrait. More strongly struck on the right sides than on the left sides, as always on this variety due to non-parallel die faces. Smooth surfaces, in the lower end of the condition census for this tough Small 5 with stems "Redbook" variety.
