1873-CC 50C PCGS AU50 (No Arrows) ex: D.L. Hansen

Scarce due to its low mintage of only 122,500 coins and very popular because of their origin at the short-lived Carson City Mint. VF/XF survivors are the most commonly encountered grade for the issue, so this handsome AU stands above most and before the large jump in price for UNC examples. A dove-grey obverse swirls with impressive luster for the grade while the reverse is deeper toned with similar luster.
