Lincoln Memorial Cent - "196?" Mint Error is a unique error coin, and has been certified by PCGS - with a grade of XF 45. Circulated; this memorial cent has the unprecedented (not previously established as a known variety) error - a mis-struck, tilted "1" in the least significant digit of the date, probably from a broken die; it cannot be post strike damage, since the "1" is embedded under the "6".
