A low-mintage Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle hailing from the Philadelphia Mint. Only 168,780 coins were struck, and anything above MS63 is seldom offered in the marketplace. A phenomenal survivor with frosty, sunny-gold surfaces and sharp luster. No individually significant marks are seen, hinting at a higher grade; however, Liberty's knee appears flat, most likely limiting the grade.
