1880-O Morgan Dollar PCGS MS-65

Brilliant satiny-white luster blankets both sides, while the strike is unusually sharp for a New Orleans Mint Morgan, with strong hair detail over Liberty’s ear and a boldly rendered eagle. The surfaces are remarkably clean for the grade, displaying outstanding freshness and superior overall eye appeal. 1880-O Morgan dollars are seldom encountered with this level of preservation and eye appeal. PCGS has graded only three examples numerically finer, placing this impressive MS65 among the elite survivors of the issue.
