This is by far one of the most difficult capped bust half dime varieties. BOLD die cud over the 'IT' in 'UNITED' on the reverse makes this coin easily attributed as the LM-3 VLDS. With gorgeous album toning, bold details, and luster still present, this coin appears to be a choice AU example with a light cleaning. It is the FINEST KNOWN to our knowledge, with the two others currently known only being XF 45's.
