1893 Isabella Commemorative Quarter Graded 65 Proof like by PCGS…100% White coin that looks to be a Proof but PCGS cancelled the original Proof coin number years ago. Historically there were thought to be 103 proofs struck then they continued using the same dies moving forward.

This coin represents the same diagnostics as Brean’s Encyclopedia and others have stated. It’s in the best holder it could be in and this example is white unlike most.
